Our goal is to develop long-term relationships and provide the best possible outcome for you and your companyOn our introductory call, we'll discuss your specific needs and tailor an experience that is right for you. Depending on your scale, project scope, and length of engagement, our services range from $3,000 - $6,500 per month

We are results-driven professionals with extensive experience in strategic advisory, capital raising, and M&A execution. Leveraging our analytical skillsets, we deliver value-optimizing solutions, supporting entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals
Alene Su
Prior to founding Aquarian Strategy, Alene spent 8 years in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, advising public and private companies in the Tech-Enabled Services and Healthcare-Focused Financial Sponsors sectors. Alene also has experience as an independent consultant, focusing on early stage technology and consumer companies. She holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Greg Rives
Prior to founding Aquarian Strategy, Greg was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley, and served for four years as an active duty Engineer Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
